Upgraded EGR Cooler (New Style)

Bulletproof Diesel upgraded EGR cooler.  This EGR cooler has been upgraded with stainless steel tubing that is stronger and more resistant to fatigue and heat stress failure than the OEM EGR cooler.  These upgraded coolers have been vacuum brazed for strong construction and feature Bulletproof's patented Helical H-Core technology to increase reliability and prevent premature failures.

***Installation materials are NOT included with this cooler!  If you would like a gasket kit included with your cooler, please order part# 90100139.  The Cummins update kit to install the "new style" cooler is 4352363 but we do not recommend switching the style of cooler you have on your engine.  Please order the cooler that exactly matches the cooler currently on your engine!***
