6.4L Ford Powerstroke Upgraded Vertical EGR Cooler

Bulletproof Diesel upgraded 6.4L Ford Powerstroke vertical EGR cooler.  These EGR coolers have been upgraded with stainless steel tubing that is stronger and more resistant to fatigue and heat stress failure than the OEM EGR cooler.  These upgraded coolers have been vacuum brazed for strong construction to increase reliability and prevent premature failures.

***Installation materials are NOT included with this cooler.  If you would like gaskets included with your cooler, please order part# 90100053.***If one of your coolers has failed, we STRONGLY recommend replacing both coolers together.  See our kit part# 90409010.****

• Select "With Core Charge" and you will be charged the initial price of the cooler plus an additional $50ea for the cores. Your new cooler will be shipped out to you immediately and you will have 30 days to return a good core and receive credit back to your card.
