Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.
During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.
Q: Is there a cost on returns?
If you are dissatisfied with the product you received or need a different part than what you ordered, you may return your order for a timely refund or exchange. ALL returns will subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee of the invoice total. Additional fees may apply, especially on special ordered items. The products MUST be returned in the same new condition that you received them. In order to receive a refund, you MUST return your product in the same new condition in which you received it within 30 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be given on returns after 30 days. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Exchanges will be permitted ONLY if you call and receive proper authorization first. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges.
