Mercedes MBE906 EGR Cooler

***INSTALL WARNING***

Make sure all air is extracted out of the coolant system after installation of EGR cooler. Air pockets caught in the EGR cooler from not properly bleeding the coolant systems will cause excessive heat buildup within the EGR cooler resulting in product failure. “Burping” the coolant system (Running the engine letting air bubbles out through the radiator neck then topping off coolant) is not a full proof way to remove air pockets. Consult your vehicle service manual for the proper technique of priming the coolant system. Failure to properly bleed the coolant system of air will void your warranty!
