New Garrett PowerMax GT3794VA turbo for 2004.5-2010 GM Duramax vehicles.  This is a drop in ready upgrade turbo that retains the use of the factory intake and exhaust.  Even though this is a factory replacement turbo, it is recommended that additional upgrades such as aftermarket tuning or injectors are used with this turbo.
